Procedure

Add ingredients of Phase A to main vessel with agitation and heat to 65-70C. In separate vessel, add ingredients of Phase B with agitation and heat to 65-70C. Add Phase B to Phase A with high shear and mix for 10 minutes. Then add Phase C to mixture with mixing. In separate vessel, disperse Phase D with mixing at room temperature. When uniform, add to main vessel. Add ingredients of Phase E to main vessel, individually with mixing. Mix until uniform and batch is cooled to 45C. When batch has cooled to 30C, apply high shear for 5-8 minutes.
